Senator Morgan served 5 terms in the Utah House of Representatives and is currently serving her first term in the Utah Senate.  She has worked successfully with and is respected by members of both political parties. Karen has worked across party lines to improve Utah schools, strengthen Utah's economy, fund medical services for those in need and advocate for vital ethics reform.
